Han Yao Universal Protective Column Installation Demonstration

1. Unscrew the protective column sleeve.

2. Place the column core into the protective sleeve, making sure the arrow on the column core points upward.

3. Tighten the protective column sleeve.

4. Tighten the column sleeve using a 1/2-inch wrench and a 1/4-inch wrench.

5. After inserting into the chromatographic column, rotate and tighten it securely.

The column fitting features an adaptive connector design that effectively reduces the dead volume at the connection point with the chromatographic column.

When connecting the guard column to the chromatographic column, no wrench is needed—just tighten it by hand.

6. Installation completed
