- Parker Balston The high-efficiency hollow-fiber nitrogen separation membrane module operating at "ambient temperature and low pressure" effectively reduces the operational load on air compressors, enhancing system reliability and extending the maintenance-free period.
- The system features a new-generation, highly wear-resistant resin piston ring for oil-free compressors, offering a maintenance-free operating life of up to 8,000 hours and low operating costs.
- The 3rd-generation SFLC intelligent control technology can intelligently identify the operating status of the backend mass spectrometry instrument and automatically adjust the system’s workload to achieve true ECO functionality.
- The multi-stage water removal and purification module for compressed air features an industrial-grade, three-times-over-redundant design, significantly enhancing system reliability and effectively reducing operating costs.
- Fully integrated system with low-vibration and low-noise design; noise level ≤ 50 dB at 1 m, ensuring a user-friendly working environment for mass spectrometry instruments.

Reliable: Outstanding design and quality, a unique LDCR low-load operating mode, and a stable and reliable laboratory nitrogen generator.
Cleanliness: The entire system uses inert PTFE Teflon tubing and stainless steel gas storage tanks, ensuring no secondary contamination.
Intelligence: An optimized all-digital microcomputer control system and digital sensor technology automatically detect the gas demand of downstream instruments and adjust the air compressor’s workload accordingly. Additionally, it is equipped with an RS485 communication interface for easy connection to LIMS systems.
