Karl Fischer Micro Moisture Analyzer CA-310
New generation Karl Fischer Moisture Titrator CA-310

1. Scheduled time—automatically powers on, and the instrument stabilizes automatically, eliminating the need for a long wait before starting the test.
2. High-speed electrolysis mode: The instrument features a stable and faster detection speed, enhancing detection efficiency while also indirectly reducing the consumption of Karl Fischer reagents and other consumables.
3. Standard Operating Procedure (S.O.P.) Record: A standard procedure for testing a specific sample can be entered into the instrument. Subsequently, the instrument will automatically prompt the operator to perform the sample test according to the standard operating method.
4. 8.4-inch color touch screen with an intuitive and clear operating interface, featuring a Chinese-language user interface. Colorful window display: Utilizes a large-color screen for enhanced visual clarity.
5. Higher detection accuracy: In an ideal environment, it can detect trace amounts of moisture with good repeatability.
6. The console can connect to up to 4 detection channels. Multiple channels provide better reference for experimental results and also enhance detection efficiency.
7. The console can wirelessly control the detection channel (optional).
8. Stepwise temperature control: The vaporization device automatically determines the optimal heating temperature by detecting the evaporation rate of the sample’s moisture.
9. Electrodes with or without a diaphragm can be selected:
Membrane-free electrode: Can use a single-component AQUAMICRON conductive solution, making daily liquid replacement and maintenance even more convenient.
Membrane electrodes: They can analyze a wide variety of samples and are capable of detecting special substances such as ketones, low-molecular-weight acids, and certain alcohols.

11. USB input/output interface: Allows saving measurement results, as well as various internally and externally connected interfaces for different settings.
