Hanyao HK-CXY02 Multi-Channel Chromatography Column Rinse Device It is an independently operated column-cleaning device that does not require occupying the liquid-phase system’s chromatographic column maintenance unit. The HK-CXY02 pumps a specific mobile phase into the chromatographic column to remove impurities adsorbed on the surface of the column packing material, thereby ensuring the separation accuracy of the column and extending its service life. The multi-channel column flusher consists of a main unit, a switching valve, a column holder, and other components. It features a simple structure, compact size, yet powerful functionality, and can meet your diverse chromatographic column maintenance needs.
I. Product Features
1. Multi-column cleaning
An optional six-position seven-way valve is available, allowing for switching and cleaning among up to six chromatographic columns.
2. Multiple cleaning solutions available
An optional solvent selection valve is available; the instrument will switch between different cleaning solvents according to the configured operating method to clean various types of chromatographic columns.
3. Scheduled operation
Freely set the operating time to achieve unattended operation.
4. Precise infusion
The liquid chromatography precision piston pump features small pressure fluctuations, high flow rate accuracy, and better protection of the chromatographic column during the washing process.
5. Touchscreen control
7.0-inch large touchscreen for intuitive operation and more convenient, clearer control.
6. Method Development
With flexible method editing capabilities and ample method storage space, you can edit, store, and modify running methods in real time.
7. Long-lasting durability
Floating plunger design effectively extends the service life of the sealing ring, ensuring longer instrument durability.
8. Safe and convenient
It is equipped with features such as solvent residue monitoring, overpressure alarm, and low-pressure alarm, helping users to better utilize the instrument.
