A brand-new high-precision potentiometric titration device 
Automatic Potentiometric Titrator GT-310

The all-in-one design of the brand-new titrator-moisture analyzer enables more comprehensive detection and analysis of sample quality. 
An 8.4-inch color touch-screen display that can simultaneously display and control up to 4 detection channels, offering excellent operability. 
The instrument is pre-equipped with multiple detection methods and features intelligent functions such as one-click detection and automatic instrument recognition, significantly improving detection efficiency. 
Modular design with high scalability allows connection to various external expansion devices such as solvent addition units, autosamplers, electronic balances, printers, and more.


4-channel simultaneous detection/simultaneous display function 
The GT-310 can accommodate up to 4 detection channels (with flexible combinations of titrator and Karl Fischer moisture analyzer channels). Multi-channel detection provides more data references for experimental results and significantly enhances the instrument's operational efficiency.


Intelligent Dosing Control 
The GT-310 features an improved human-machine interaction interface, making parameter settings more flexible and intuitive. 
● Controllable detection accuracy: You can intuitively set the drop volume and potential stability parameters, and choose among modes such as “Fine,” “Rough,” “Fast,” and “Slow.” 
● Smart endpoint detection: Enhances the ability to identify potential changes in the sample solution being tested, enabling precise control of the titrant volume even when the potential curve undergoes rapid fluctuations, thus preventing over-titration.


Titrant Curve Reanalysis Function 
Determine the optimal titration endpoint through the re-analysis function of the titration curve.


Method for detecting the endpoint of titration 
For titration processes with multiple inflection points, parameters can be set separately according to the state of potential changes, enabling each inflection point to be detected using the most appropriate method.


LIMS connectivity feature 
The test data results and audit trail records can be automatically transferred via Ethernet cable to a network-shared folder on the PC, with file formats in Text or PDF.


Automatic pH Correction 
When calibrating with a buffer solution, stability assessment is performed automatically. The same stability criteria can be used at any time to calibrate the pH electrode. (Regular manual stability assessments can also be conducted.)


Automated operation 
The standard analysis workflow (pH calibration + blank test + sample analysis) can be registered in the progress planning function, making daily use even easier. In addition, the GT-310 is equipped with a dedicated autosampler (GT-310MST) that can automatically perform a series of analytical procedures.


QR code scanner (optional) 
It can be connected to a QR code scanner to quickly scan and enter information such as sample names.


Wireless Control Adapter (optional) 
By optionally equipping a wireless adapter, the main controller can wirelessly remotely control the detection channel (titration device + stirring platform). When analyzing samples that are sensitive to environmental influences or pose volatile hazards, the detection channel can be placed inside a fume hood or glove box for isolated operation.


Foot switch and gesture controller (optional) 
You can optionally equip the device with a foot switch or a gesture-sensing controller to start the detection process. It’s particularly convenient if you need to place the GT-310 inside a fume hood or glove box for use.


Test titration 
The GT-310’s test titration function can automatically generate appropriate parameters when analyzing samples of unknown properties. This makes it easier for researchers to get started, allowing even beginners to smoothly carry out experiments under the guidance of the test titration function.

| GT Titration Liquid Addition Unit GT-310BRT

 

High-precision droplet volume control, with a minimum droplet volume of 1 µL.

Higher-precision control of titration liquid addition enables more accurate titration analysis. In addition, the GT-310BRT can be used as a standalone device for manual titration or for setting and delivering fixed volumes of liquid.

| Burette

 

The GT-310 features a dead-volume-free burette that enables efficient displacement of titration reagents. Its one-touch slide-lock design makes burette installation and removal exceptionally simple, facilitating daily maintenance. (Compatible with the burettes used in the previous-generation automatic potentiometric titrator, the GT-200.)

Smart magnetic stirring platform with flexible on/off control 
The magnetic stirring switch on the GT stirring station can be adjusted via the main controller’s switch. This not only eliminates the need to manually turn the stirring switch on and off each time before or after starting/ending a measurement, but also prevents the magnetically stirred bar from spinning unexpectedly when placing the beaker, thus avoiding damage to the electrode. Moreover, the stirring speed can be set according to the parameters specific to different samples being analyzed, so there is no need to manually adjust the stirring speed every time.


Sealed titration beaker (optional) 
An optional dedicated sealed titration beaker is available for samples that require titration and analysis in a closed container.

| Fully Automatic Sample Injection System GT-310MST

 

The combination of the fully automatic sample injection device GT-310MST and the titration liquid addition unit GT-310BRT enables a variety of titration methods and allows for the automatic, continuous analysis of multiple samples. Two models are available, with 12- and 24-sample positions.

Cleaning pump 1: It contains pure water, used to clean water-soluble stains from the electrode and activate the electrode.

Cleaning pump 2: It is equipped with a cleaning solvent (pure water or organic solvent) for thoroughly removing stains from the electrode.

Cleaning pump 3 (Waste Liquid Pump): After a sample has been tested, the pump automatically extracts the waste liquid from the beaker and discharges it into a dedicated waste liquid container.
