SP-100-ODS-P series uses a new type of silica-based ODS material with a high specific surface area, offering strong retention and high loading capacity. It's a high-performance, new kind of chromatography column.
The ODS bonding density of the SP-100-ODS-P series columns is balanced based on surface polarity, allowing them to analyze a wide range of compounds from polar to hydrophobic. They can also handle 100% aqueous mobile phases or high-water conditions with almost no organic solvent. Residual silanol groups on the packing surface can negatively affect peak shape (especially for basic compounds) and the stability of chemically bonded phases, but our unique end-capping technology reduces residual silanols to below detectable levels, providing excellent separation performance and long-lasting durability.
The SP-100-ODS-P series columns come in 3 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, and 15 μm particle sizes, suitable for both analytical and preparative work.
