Extra-wide pH range (1.5–12.0)
- Using surface ethyl cross-linked hybrid technology, a stable protective layer is formed on the silica gel matrix, making it resistant to strong acid/strong base mobile phases and breaking the usual C18/C8 filler pH limits (2.0–9.0).
- You can flexibly optimize separations using pH selectivity, making it suitable for basic compounds, peptides, insulin, and other sensitive substances
Excellent chemical stability and long lifespan
- After 200 hours of extreme pH aging tests (like a pH 12 mobile phase), the column efficiency stayed above 90%, and the retention time remained stable (see the comparison chart).
- After 12 harsh alkali wash regenerations, key parameters like separation, number of plates, and peak symmetry didn’t change much, greatly cutting down purification costs.

Durashell C18
- Suitable for reverse-phase purification of complex organic compounds, peptides, and traditional Chinese medicine extracts;
- It can be used for the efficient analysis and preparation of basic drugs like amitriptyline, and under pH 10.5 conditions, the peak symmetry factor can reach 0.63.
Durashell C8
- Optimized for insulin and peptide samples, it can withstand high pH alkaline cleaning regeneration, addressing the issue of aggregate residues.
- Purification peaks of Tresiba insulin and Semaglutide are sharper, and recovery rates are improved.
