Synergi® is fully selective for reversed-phase separation
In reversed-phase chromatography, multiple different retention mechanisms are used to retain and separate target analytes. Whether it's hydrophobic or polar compounds, Synergi's unique four types of stationary phases provide you with comprehensive selectivity to ensure the separation of challenging complex mixtures.
Using Synergi 80 Å packing with a surface area of 475 m²/g allows for higher sample loading. The unique stationary phases offer different selectivity, making them suitable for analyzing and separating complex compounds like peptides.
In addition to offering column specifications, we also provide bulk Synergi stationary phases for related processes, pilot, and commercial-scale HPLC purification. These packing materials offer complementary selectivity to the traditional standard C18, C8, or Silica stationary phases used in large-scale HPLC. Moreover, since each Synergi stationary phase has different chemical properties, the chromatographic parameters between them (like retention time, selectivity, and resolution) often vary significantly. For tough purifications that can only be achieved through chromatography, the Synergi series is a great choice.
