Pur C18 uses a high-purity silica gel matrix combined with double end-capping bonding technology, minimizing residual silanol groups that could affect the peak shapes of basic compounds. It is a versatile C18 column suitable for method development and pharmacopoeial testing. Its moderate hydrophobicity and excellent peak performance make it widely compatible for applications in chemical pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicine, food, and environmental fields. The extended AQ series can withstand 100% aqueous conditions, suitable for separating strongly polar hydrophilic compounds; the Bio series uses a 300Å large pore size, specifically designed for the separation of biological macromolecules such as peptides and proteins, and can replace classic imported C18 columns, meeting the stringent requirements of QC laboratories for reproducibility and durability.
