PurShell HILIC series adopts a core-shell design, offering faster equilibration compared to fully porous particles, and is suitable for hydrophilic interaction (HILIC) and normal phase separation modes. The Amide phase contains amide functional groups with hydrophilic groups, which are highly polar and particularly suitable for the separation of polar metabolites, sugars, and amino acids in LC-MS/MS analysis. Silica is an unbonded high-purity silica core-shell column, which relies on silanol interactions for normal phase and HILIC separations. These three products collectively cover the full range of HILIC and normal phase separation needs and are an ideal choice for the analysis of highly polar compounds.
