PurShell PFP and PFP & C18 both adopt a core-shell structure design, providing excellent spatial selectivity and dipole interactions. The PFP-bonded pentafluorophenyl functional group offers stronger retention for basic compounds, making it particularly suitable for the separation of halides, positional isomers, and structurally similar compounds. PFP & C18 is bonded with both PFP and C18 dual functional groups, offering stronger hydrophobicity than pure PFP, while maintaining excellent hydrogen bonding and spatial selectivity, making it an ideal stationary phase for dual-selectivity in multidimensional separation of complex samples. Both are significantly complementary to C18 in selectivity, serving as effective tools for overcoming separation bottlenecks in method development.
