This product is a reusable device dedicated to pharmaceutical production lines, primarily used for transferring sterilized tools and components to the filling process. Connectionless roller design

The connecting ear module is equipped with a PEEK sliding pad structure, completely abandoning the connection rollers in traditional devices that are prone to jamming. The friction generated when PEEK material contacts stainless steel is minimal, making the connection operation smooth and effortless, fundamentally eliminating jamming issues.

Maintenance is convenient and efficient

The connection ear module can be easily replaced by company maintenance personnel with just three simple steps: loosen, replace, and tighten, which can be completed in one minute. Even if the module is damaged due to accidents such as container drops, it can be quickly replaced, allowing the equipment to resume production rapidly.

Built-in Easyglide™ sealing system
ABC Transfer® stainless steel sterile transfer container features the innovative Easyglide™ sealing system, which significantly reduces device rotation torque while enhancing sealing performance. The innovative Easyglide™ sealing system works in conjunction with the new connection ear module to further reduce friction during rotational coupling. Additionally, the Easyglide™ seal does not absorb moisture, supporting in-place cleaning of the device; the seal is firmly clamped and fixed, eliminating the need for an additional pressure cover during sterilization, effectively improving production efficiency.
This container is a level 1 sealed device. Regardless of the specifications, under a 500 Pa overpressure test, the leakage rate is less than 10⁻⁴ Pa·m³/s. This unique feature ensures that after high-pressure steam sterilization, the container can remain sterile for several days even when placed at normal pressure in a Class C environment.

ABC Transfer® β stainless steel sterile transfer container has no hidden dead-angle structures in the entire machine.

Door panels, internal connecting ears, and other components all feature a flow-guiding design, facilitating smooth liquid flow; Easyglide™ seals do not absorb moisture, allowing in-place cleaning operations to be carried out directly.

The equipment risk area has been significantly optimized: the risk area for a 190 mm diameter is only 119 mm², and for a 270 mm diameter, only 170 mm². Compared with traditional lip seals, this product reduces the risk of contamination by 80%. Experiments conducted by ABC Transfer® in cooperation with large pharmaceutical companies and well-known isolator manufacturers show that, on average, only one colony-forming unit is detected in the equipment risk area, without causing internal contamination of the isolator.
