A revolutionary breakthrough in the design of disposable bags with interfaces

The new generation of single-use bags with connectors significantly improves the level of aseptic protection and the ergonomic experience for operators. The Betacleanbag™ sterile transfer bag is specifically designed for injectable product applications and is compatible with various production scenarios. Its forward-looking design is compatible with different types of membrane materials and supports gamma radiation, steam, and ethylene oxide (ETO) sterilization.

Ultra-clean design, ergonomically optimized Beta sterile bag

Our new generation Betabag series greatly improves sterility protection levels and the operator’s human-machine adaptation experience. This product is specifically designed for injectable product applications, while the scope of application for Betacleanbags® sterile transfer bags is even broader.

Betacleanbag™ sterile transfer bags can be used in compatibility with products from other brands. Whether you are already in the production stage or planning a new project, involving the transfer of stoppers, Petri dishes, liquids, cleaning kits, vials, or requiring waste disposal, Betacleanbag™ sterile transfer bags can provide you with customized solutions.。

ABC Transfer® Aseptic Transfer Overall Solution

ABC Transfer®Betacleanbag complies with the requirements of GMP Annex 1, which sets higher protection standards for sterile production management, particularly requiring the elimination of glove interfaces whenever possible.

ABC Transfer® α rapid transfer interface is specifically designed to eliminate manual operations inside isolators. ABC Transfer® Betacleanbag™ aseptic transfer bag and the matching transfer cart are both tailored to the core features of this interface. ABC Transfer® connector is designed for glove-free aseptic transfer operations, with no sharp edges, facilitating smooth material transfer; the β door has no rotational movement during interface connection and disconnection, effectively reducing particle generation.

Betacleanbag™aseptic transfer bags are compatible with and can interface with other brands' α rapid transfer connectors.

Ultra-clean standard

ABC Transfer® complete system and supply chain is to avoid contamination of materials caused by packaging materials and transfer operations. From production to liquid drug filling, the cleanliness and sterility of the stoppers are ensured throughout the entire process.

The connector adopts a design without sharp edges to prevent the generation of micro-particles from collisions;；
Optimize the door opening method, abandon the traditional rotating design, and minimize the amount of particles generated during the interface connection process；
During the bag assembly process, the inner membrane does not come into mechanical contact, ensuring initial cleanliness, and the final assembly is completed entirely in an ultra-clean environment.。

From production to transportation, the entire supply chain process aims to minimize particle and biological load contamination to the greatest extent.

Full Carbon Offset: To further fulfill our environmental commitment, we achieve a 100% full offset of the carbon dioxide emissions generated during product production; for every 10 Betacleanbag™ sterile transfer bags produced, 1 tree is planted in a forested area in France.
Green materials: The product does not contain harmful substances such as bisphenols and phthalates, practicing environmental protection and social responsibility from the raw material stage.
