New Solvent Sealed Filtration System

Integrated Complete Solution for Laboratory Solvent Filtration and Degassing

HanKing focuses on the research and manufacturing of laboratory instruments. Addressing the core needs of laboratory solvent filtration and degassing, it has developed a new solvent sealed filtration system that integrates particle filtration, vacuum degassing, sealed anti-evaporation, and safety reverse suction prevention. It is an essential device for modern laboratory solvent handling. The product features professional structural design, excellent corrosion resistance, and convenient operation, simplifying the entire process of solvent vacuum filtration. At the same time, it provides laboratories with a complete solution from equipment selection, installation, use, to maintenance, fully meeting the solvent handling needs of various scenarios such as high-performance liquid chromatography, oil testing, and drug dissolution experiments, helping laboratories improve work efficiency and ensure operational safety and environmental cleanliness.

HanKing New Solvent Sealed Filtration System

Traditional filter

Processing flow

Integrated filtration and degassing, directly filter into the solvent bottle while simultaneously applying vacuum degassing, enabling one-step loading onto the machine without intermediate transfer

After filtration, a second transfer is required, with separate ultrasonic degassing, making the multi-step operation cumbersome

Operational efficiency

Supports continuous suction filtration, allowing the entire filtration process to be completed with a single liquid addition, saving time and improving efficiency

Intermittent filtration, requiring multiple additions of solution during the process, time-consuming and labor-intensive

Sealing effect

Double-seal design (sealed safety cap, one-way valve), zero evaporation throughout, preventing contamination from air impurities

No sealing structure, the solution evaporates easily and is easily contaminated

Safety protection

Integrated pressure relief valve, precise pressure control to prevent back-suction and bottle cracking; no fragile glass parts, safe to operate

Valve-free protective design, glass material is easily breakable, posing operational safety risks

Core Material

The core components are made of PTFE, resistant to strong acids and bases, chemically stable, easy to clean, and non-stick.

Glass sand core material, sand core is easily contaminated and difficult to clean, the whole is easily damaged and has a short lifespan

Disassemble and clean

Modular design, easy to assemble and disassemble, entire piping can be ultrasonic cleaned

Installation is complicated, parts are difficult to disassemble, and the cleaning process is cumbersome

Filtrate collection

Directly collect the filtrate into the machine solvent bottle to avoid secondary contamination and ensure experimental accuracy.

It must first be collected into a transitional container, and then transferred to the solvent bottle, which easily causes secondary contamination of the filtrate.

Product Composition

Component Name

Core Functions and Applicable Scenarios

Filtered sealed safety cover

Includes filter cap, filter body, core filter part, installed in the mobile phase receiving bottle to achieve sealed filtration

Liquid Extraction Sealed Safety Cap

Seal the bottle containing the solution to be filtered, filter out air impurities, and prevent evaporation and solution contamination.

pressure limiting valve

Corrosion-resistant material, precise pressure limiting, backflow prevention, prevents reagent bottles from cracking due to excessive negative pressure

Silicone suction tube

Transport saline solution and common solutions, flexible and easy to install, good sealing performance

PTFE siphon tube

Transmitting highly corrosive solutions such as strong acids, strong bases, and strong organic solvents, with excellent corrosion resistance

Valve pipe

Sealed connection of the filter body and pressure-limiting valve, stable transmission of negative pressure, no leakage

Simple Operation Process

  1. Pressure Regulation: Open the pressure relief valve, connect one end to the vacuum pump suction pipe, block the other end after starting the pump, and adjust the top flat-head knob to the target pressure (factory default -0.08MPa);
  2. Install the sealing cap: tighten the liquid extraction sealing safety cap onto the bottle of solution to be filtered, and tighten the filtration sealing safety cap onto the empty receiving bottle;
  3. Connecting the pipeline: One end of the liquid suction tube passes through the liquid suction sealing cover to the bottom of the bottle, and the other end connects to the filter cover; the valve tube connects the filter body to the pressure-limiting valve, and the other end of the pressure-limiting valve connects to the vacuum pump;
  4. Place the filter membrane: Open the filter lid of the sealed safety cover, place a φ45-50mm filter membrane, and secure the filter lid to achieve a seal;
  5. Start filtration: After checking that all connection parts are tight and secure, turn on the vacuum pump and start the filtration process;
  6. Finishing the operation: After filtration is complete, first close the pressure-limiting valve, then turn off the vacuum pump (to prevent backflow), open the filter cover to release the vacuum, and then remove the filter membrane.
