The Ruihua Scientific Instruments MAPS-6400 Automated Synthesis Workstation employs a Peltier + AI dual-core temperature-control technology, enabling precise and rapid temperature regulation from -40℃ to 180℃. It features integrated wireless touch control and automated operations—including automatic feeding, dropwise addition, pH adjustment, and crystal identification—and is equipped with an emergency cooling system. In case of abnormalities, the system can automatically activate a flow-limiting valve to shut down and initiate rapid cooling, preventing runaway reactions. With millisecond-level response times and a 30% reduction in energy consumption, this workstation is ideal for applications such as drug screening, process development, and high-throughput synthesis. It redefines chemical synthesis workflows by delivering intelligence, safety, and high efficiency.
Performance Features
I. Core Temperature Control System
- A four-channel independent temperature-control system, employing Peltier semiconductor active cooling technology, achieves a breakthrough by enabling each reaction site to independently and rapidly perform temperature ramping, cooling, and stirring functions.
- The wide temperature control range spans from -40℃ to 180℃, supporting simultaneous, differentiated reactions across four channels (with adjacent channels maintaining different temperatures without interfering with each other).
- Intelligent Dual-Mode Temperature Monitoring System: Each channel is equipped with an independent dual-channel temperature monitoring module that displays in real time both the temperature of the heating module and the actual temperature of the material, and establishes a dynamic model for temperature conduction.
II. Reactor System Configuration
- Modular reaction platform design, with each channel compatible with standard 500 mL reaction vessels at maximum, and supporting customized reactor configurations.
- Innovative dual-power mixing system: Intelligently switches between strong magnetic stirring (50–1600 rpm) and mechanical stirring (100–1100 rpm), with one-touch mode switching via the touch screen.
- Visual Reaction Monitoring: Features an integrated, highly transparent observation window (upgraded version, Φ70mm) paired with an LED cold light source, enabling observation of material status even with the lights on.
III. Intelligent Control System
- Programmable Temperature Control Protocol: A single channel supports pre-setting up to 10-step gradient temperature programs and features non-linear heating and cooling curve programming (maximum ramp rate of 20°C/min).
- Multiple safety protection mechanisms: Equipped with a material-internal temperature-feedback emergency cooling system that automatically activates Peltier semiconductor cooling upon triggering the temperature differential threshold (maximum cooling rate ≥ 25°C/min).
- Dual-mode remote control platform: Supports industrial-grade touch-screen laptops (wireless control radius ≥ 15m) and dual-control mode with LAN-based remote access.
IV. Expansion and Upgrade Plan
- Open System Architecture: The master control software offers free OTA upgrades for the lifetime of the product and supports a modular expansion design (optional features include multi-channel peristaltic pump feeding, precision dispensing pumps, and pH adjustment).
