Fully Automatic Peptide Synthesizer PurePep® Chorus
PurePep ® Chorus
Highly acclaimed PurePep ® Chorus is an academic and industrial research-grade peptide synthesizer featuring a modular design. It’s a powerful, versatile, and user-friendly instrument for preparing high-quality peptides. PurePep ® Chorus is a reliable and scalable peptide synthesizer that ensures efficiency.
PurePep ® Chorus Its primary advantage is configurable parallel synthesis. The instrument is initially configured with 2 channels (i.e., 2 reaction vessels), but can be expanded and upgraded to 4 or 6 channels in the future as demand grows. Additionally, independent induction heating and real-time UV monitoring modules can be customized according to specific requirements.
PurePep ® Pathway — Pure Reliability
Proprietary PurePep ® The Pathway (valve block system) is designed to achieve zero dead volume and eliminate cross-contamination, delivering years of trouble-free performance while withstanding harsh peptide synthesis chemicals without the risk of failure. PurePep ® Chorus is equipped with the trusted PurePep. ® Pathway—ensuring you achieve reliable peptide purity every time.
Integrated Peptide Purification Solution
The system features a flexible design that allows for seamless integration with PurePep. ® EasyClean (PEC) technology. This technology can simultaneously and automatically purify up to six peptides, and it saves 90% of solvents compared to conventional methods. With the help of PurePep. ® Chorus’s automated PEC purification takes only 5.4 hours to complete the entire workflow for a set of six samples, while manual operation takes as little as 36 minutes, ensuring high efficiency and convenience.
Configurable with 2, 4, or 6 reaction vessels.
You can flexibly choose a configuration with 2, 4, or 6 reaction vessels based on your flux requirements. The modular design concept further facilitates convenient upgrades in the laboratory, enabling peptide research to confidently meet ever-growing challenges.
Controllable Induction Heating Mixed with oscillation
Heating module, configurable on demand
You can configure induction heating on any number of reaction vessel groups as needed. This controllable induction heating and oscillatory mixing technology enables— Eliminate temperature overshoot. , achieve 25℃ to 90℃ Precise temperature control within the specified range. This technology is combined with oscillating mixing functionality. Fully compatible , can ensure:
- The temperature distribution is uniform.
- Homogeneous chemical reaction
- Ultimately, the yield is higher.
Combined with the fact that each reactor is equipped with... Adjustable nitrogen mixing Technology, PurePep ® Chorus enables you to have full control over reaction parameters, thereby achieving precise and reproducible peptide synthesis.
Intellisynth Ultraviolet Monitoring
Visualization of Hybrid Reaction Processes
At PurePep ® On Chorus, the Intellisynth UV monitoring module can be equipped on any number of reaction vessels as needed to automatically optimize deprotection reactions.
During synthesis, real-time UV data can be viewed, and upon completion, complete data can be obtained. The single-cycle plot shows the reaction process for each individual cycle, while the summary plot highlights the differences in time and number of repetitions across different cycles, providing valuable diagnostic information for synthesizing challenging sequences.
Unlike waste-liquid monitoring used by other instruments, Intellisynth monitors the reaction solution during mixing, allowing precise control of the deprotection reaction time—rather than merely counting the number of reaction cycles. This enables you to identify the optimal conditions right from the first synthesis, eliminating unnecessary waste of reagents.
Intuitive and easy-to-use software
- Icon-driven, intuitive operation Simplify the chemist’s workflow and accelerate the development of peptide synthesis methods.
- Method template, flexibly callable The pre-programmed method is ready to use out of the box or can be used as a custom template; sequences can be easily imported, eliminating the risk of manual input errors.
- Parallel programming, efficient and uninterrupted. It supports programming and setting up new synthesis tasks while existing syntheses are running, significantly boosting productivity.
- Compliance Design : Software design complies with 21 CFR Part 11 Regulatory requirements.
Automatic cutting
PurePep ® Chorus Equipped with fully automatic and completely customizable cleavage functionality, no additional modules required. You can choose to perform cleavage immediately (Fmoc only), at the end of synthesis, or on a specified date and time. The cleaved peptides are conveniently collected in user-friendly 50 mL centrifuge tubes. All Protein Technologies synthesizers are constructed from robust materials resistant to TFA, allowing for year-round cleavage operations without any concerns. If cleavage is not required, you can flexibly switch to PurePep. ® The collection sites of Chorus are used as additional amino acid sites.
Pre-activation
PurePep ® Chorus It can simultaneously run three pre-activation reactions, making it particularly well-suited for the addition of sterically hindered amino acids and allowing for easy optimization of DIC/HOBt chemical conditions followed by straightforward scale-up for production.
Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ)
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) support services verify and document that the supply, installation, and operation of your instrument comply with GPT specifications. GPT-certified field service engineers will inspect critical components to ensure the system operates properly during automated synthesis processes, and provide accompanying documentation to help you meet regulatory requirements, offering robust support for your operations in regulated environments such as cGMP.
