  • Specially treated stainless steel, sturdy and durable.
  • Maximum temperature: 430℃
  • Very low leakage at 400℃ (typical value: 4–6 pA)

ASTM D2887 Standard test method for determining the boiling-range distribution of petroleum fractions by gas chromatography.

ASTM D6352 Standard test method for determining the boiling-range distribution of petroleum fractions with boiling points ranging from 174°C to 700°C by gas chromatography.

ASTM D7169 A standard test method for determining the boiling-point distribution of samples containing residues (such as crude oil, atmospheric residue, and vacuum residue) by high-temperature gas chromatography.

ASTM D7213 Standard test method for determining the boiling-range distribution of petroleum fractions with boiling points ranging from 100°C to 615°C by gas chromatography.

ASTM D7500 Standard test method for determining the boiling-point range distribution of distillate oils and lubricant base oils with boiling-point ranges from 100°C to 735°C by GC.

Sample injection 0.4 microliter C8-C40 Hydrocarbon mixture (500 ng/ microliter ), 300℃, split ratio 1:20 (with a 3 mm inner-diameter liner)

Carrier gas Hydrogen (H) 2 ), flow rate 60 cm/s (40℃)

Column Oven Program Starting at 40℃, heat up at a rate of 15℃/min to 400℃ (hold for 15 minutes).

Detector Flame Ionization Detector (FID), 430 Celsius
