Sterile Thin-film Evaporator 
Working principle
The material enters the evaporator through the feed inlet at the top and, driven by the high-speed rotating impellers, forms an “air knife” that continuously spreads along the inner wall of the evaporation cylinder. The steam generated from the evaporation cylinder rises into the vacuum pipeline, where it is condensed by the condenser. The condensed solvent then flows into a collection tank, while the concentrated product after evaporation flows out from the bottom of the evaporator.
Suitable for the removal of organic solvents and concentration of products such as liposomes, microspheres, peptide intermediates, and other heat-sensitive products.

- The evaporation and concentration effect is excellent, enabling solvent residues as low as 10 PPM.
- The evaporation and concentration process operates at a low temperature, enabling product evaporation and concentration at 10–15℃.
- Heated with hot water, the thermal effect is gentle, minimizing the risk of localized overheating that could affect the product.
- Adopts a hygienic design compliant with ASME BPE, featuring no dead corners and enabling CIP and SIP processes to meet sterile requirements.
- Integrated blade with high precision and excellent coaxiality, ensuring uniform film formation.
- Strengthen the design of the heat-exchange jacket for high heat-transfer efficiency;
- Optional explosion-proof design available to meet the requirements for use in hazardous areas.
- Optional accessories include the Jiewei-compatible temperature control unit (TCU), vacuum system, and CIP station.
