Headspace vials and septa are specialized containers and sealing components used for headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) analysis, ensuring that the sample remains leak-free and maintains airtightness during the heating process.

Transparent and brown headspace sample vials made from neutral 5.0 borosilicate glass, manufactured and processed using advanced techniques.
They are typically distinguished based on the bottle mouth (flat mouth, slanted mouth) and the bottle bottom (rounded bottom, flat bottom).

Precautions for Use

Proper Sealing Ensure the gasket is installed correctly to prevent leaks.

Avoid Overfilling. The sample volume should not exceed 50% of the bottle’s capacity.

Regular Checkup Replace aged or damaged gaskets promptly.
