Transferring without gloves, simplifying the process

ABC Transfer® Ultra™ is the world's first glove-free sterile transfer system, specially designed for aseptic transfer of bagged materials without a glove port. It doesn’t require gloves, combining cutting-edge and ultra-simple technology, and is made up of three key components: the ABC Transfer® Glove-Free α Interface, the ABC Transfer® Ultra™ Betacleanbag™ sterile transfer bag, and the ABC Transfer® manual material chute. ABC Transfer® Ultra™ can be integrated into Restricted Access Barrier Systems (RABS) — as a solution to upgrade compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, or it can be directly mounted onto isolators.

Specifically designed for injectable products, it fits various production scenarios and is a revolutionary disposable bag with connectors. Compliant with the new GMP Annex 1 regulations, it works with α interfaces and dedicated transfer trolleys for glove-free transfers, reducing manual operations inside isolators. It integrates Easyglide™ sealing technology, with low leakage at 2500Pa and a 75% reduction in risk areas. The no-weld assembly process decreases membrane stress and micro-leakage risk. Standardized connector positioning, medical-grade PPO material, and rounded edges help control particle contamination from the start. The plastic material meets FDA 21 CFR/USP Class VI standards and is free of bisphenols, phthalates, and endocrine disruptors. Used with a dedicated transfer trolley, it ensures operator safety throughout the process.

A breakthrough product in rapid transfer technology, offering standard built-in open designs and glove-free external open designs, seamlessly integrates single or double-wall (including glass wall) isolators, compatible with various sterile production setups. Equipped with Easyglide™ sealing technology, it achieves full sealing at 4000Pa pressure without the need for filters or extraction ports. It’s easy to clean with no dead corners, and the quadruple safety lock effectively prevents misuse. The ergonomic design (adjustable door opening angle, customizable handle, lightweight) reduces operator strain. Modular maintenance requires only one tool, and sealing component replacement takes just 5 minutes. The glove-free version allows external operation of the isolator, can be upgraded on-site, is compatible with robotic arms, and fits automated production lines.

A reusable, highly durable device for transporting sterilized tools and parts to the filling line. It features Easyglide™ sealing technology, making it a level 1 airtight device with extremely low leakage at 500Pa overpressure, ensuring continuous sterility after sterilization. The innovative PEEK sliding pad connection replaces traditional sticking wheels, making docking smooth and effortless, and the modules can be quickly replaced on-site. With a dead-angle-free flow design, it supports CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization in place, and the internal surfaces are precisely engineered for easy cleaning. The ergonomic wheels at the bottom make docking more convenient, it’s compatible with standard RTP brands, and works with SteriContainer™ sterile auxiliary containers and transport carts, meeting GMP requirements.
