PurePep ® As a modular synthesizer, Chorus centers on flexible configuration and intelligent features, providing researchers with an efficient and reliable synthesis experience.
The key advantage of the PurePep Chorus is its configurable parallel synthesis capability. The instrument is initially configured with 2 channels (i.e., 2 reaction vessels), but can be expanded and upgraded to 4 or 6 channels in the future as demand grows. Additionally, independent induction heating and real-time UV monitoring modules can be customized according to specific requirements.

● Configurable parallel synthesis
Modular design allows optional configuration with 2, 4, or 6 channels for parallel or sequential synthesis of multiple peptides.
● High purity
The chemically inert valve block system, PurePep Pathway, achieves low dead volume and zero cross-contamination, thereby enhancing purity and yield. The Single-Shot™ amino acid delivery system further ensures high purity while minimizing the use of costly reagents.
● Real-time UV monitoring
The Intellisynth real-time UV monitoring module can monitor the reaction solution in the mixture, optimize reaction time, and ensure complete deprotection. In a single synthesis, Intellisynth can monitor up to six peptides.
● Controllable induction heating accelerates peptide synthesis.
Six different temperatures can be used simultaneously to accelerate chemical reactions. The target temperature is rapidly reached within 10–20 seconds, enhancing the purity of complex reaction sequences. This enables precise and reproducible synthesis.
● Automatic peptide cleavage, boosting throughput
Self-configured, fully automated peptide cleavage helps increase throughput, enhance safety, and extend unattended operating time.
Intuitive software interface
The graphical PurePep Chorus software is designed to meet the efficiency demands of chemical researchers. Its conveniently accessible, portable tablet allows users to wirelessly set up synthesis procedures, while its intuitive workflow guidance makes the instrument easy to use for both beginners and experienced users alike. Software features include: an enhanced graphical software platform that enables simple and intuitive sequence and method setup; an upgraded database of amino acids, solvents, and reagents that makes operations even easier and faster; and the flexibility to freely choose between standard or custom synthesis programs.
