Since its release in 2012, Symphony ® X has become the standard for automated peptide synthesis in research, optimization, and CGMP-compliant production laboratories, thanks to its flexible, parallel peptide production capabilities.

As a 24-channel peptide synthesizer, the Symphony X is the ideal choice for large-scale peptide production. Its core configuration, featuring Ultra PurePep Pathway technology, enables on-demand synthesis or high-throughput parallel peptide synthesis. While ensuring reliability and ease of operation, the Symphony X delivers peptides of exceptionally high purity.

24  An independent channel delivers high throughput.

Symphony X is a 24-channel, fully independent peptide synthesis instrument that offers on-demand synthesis capabilities and high throughput, making it a cost-effective choice for high-volume peptide production.

● In-situ automated peptide cleavage

The convenient post-synthesis automatic peptide cleavage function, along with customizable cleavage programs and adjustable start times, provides laboratories with greater flexibility.

● High purity

The Ultra PurePep Pathway provides a dedicated microfluidic matrix valve block flow path for each reaction vessel, minimizing cross-contamination to the greatest extent possible and enabling laboratories to prepare ultrapure peptides in multiple reaction vessels simultaneously.

● Meets cGMP requirements

Symphony X complies with the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11 and provides user training, a comprehensive quality management system, and appropriate documentation (including IQ/OQ software).

24 independent reaction vessels (12 pre-activated) mean that operators can simultaneously run different sequences, scales, and methods across multiple reactors. Each reactor can be started, stopped, or paused at any time—effectively giving you access to 24 peptide synthesis instruments.

With 24 independent channels and in-situ activation capabilities, some reactors are still running, while others have already begun new tasks. This makes optimization simpler and faster, shortening the time required to produce finished products.

Optimized synthesis time and flexibility

  • Use Single-Shot TM The liquid delivery technology allows the addition of special amino acids without the need for rinsing, and requires no manual operation whatsoever, thereby reducing waste and saving costs.

  • The optional Intellisynth real-time UV monitoring can help reduce the number of trial-and-error iterations when synthesizing peptides that are difficult to produce in reaction solutions during mixing.

  • The optional infrared heating module can reach the preset temperature in a short time, accelerating the synthesis process. At the same time, it integrates a vortex mixing function to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
