Recently, Shanghai Hanyao Instrument & Equipment Co., Ltd. conducted a week-long onboarding training program for new employees, aiming to help them integrate more quickly into the work environment, adapt to job requirements, and enhance their sense of belonging and sense of responsibility.

At the start of the training, the new employees each gave a wonderful self-introduction, sharing their insights into their current roles and outlining their visions for personal development. They sincerely expressed their pride in becoming part of Shanghai Hanyao. Theory and Practice

This training adopts a combination of theory and practice. The training content includes both general courses—such as corporate culture and company rules and regulations—as well as specialized courses tailored to specific topics, including an introduction to chromatography principles, an overview of the company’s instruments and consumables, and guidance on daily maintenance procedures. After completing the theoretical sessions, the new employees, led by the trainers, visited the company’s laboratory and carried out hands-on operations with some of the instruments and consumables.
