Instructions for Setting Up and Using the HK086924 Deuterium Lamp
The software settings are as follows:
Step 1 ： Click the deuterium lamp module on the operation panel with the mouse, and the following interface will appear, as shown in Figure 1-1.
Step 2: Tap Control to enter the following interface, as shown in Figure 1-2. Please select. Manual mode – the lamp type is DAD lamp. 。
Instructions for Testing the Intensity of Agilent Deuterium Lamps
Step 1: On the desktop, locate “Agilent Lab Advisor,” double-click to open it, and then connect the instrument.
Step 2: Click “Service and Diagnostics” and select the corresponding detector.
Step 3: Click “Wavelength Calibration” to perform wavelength calibration.
Step 4: After completing the wavelength calibration, click on “Intensity Test” to perform energy detection.
Special reminder: (When calibrating the wavelength with the DAD detector, the flow cell must be removed. Before calibrating the wavelength with the VWD detector, the flow cell needs to be cleaned and then replaced with pure water before proceeding with the wavelength calibration.)
New light usage time setting
Under LC1260, select “EMF” to enter the following interface. Click on the UV lamp-on time and the number of ignition attempts, then click the refresh button.
