Sterile Thin-Film Evaporator

The sterile thin-film evaporator is a new type of highly efficient evaporator that uses a “gas knife” formed by the high-speed rotation of an integrated impeller to forcibly create a thin film. It operates under certain vacuum conditions and enables falling-film evaporation. This evaporator features a high heat transfer coefficient, high evaporation intensity, short residence time, and adjustable operating parameters. It is particularly suitable for removing organic solvents and concentrating products such as liposomes, microspheres, peptide intermediates, and other thermally sensitive substances.
