Join Us at BIOCHINA 2024: South China Exhibition Awaits

2024 BIOCHINA South China Will be October 10-11, 2024 At Guangzhou The conference features eight major thematic forums, covering a wide range of fields including antibodies, ADCs, nucleic acid drugs, cell therapy, and gene therapy. Spanning from R&D and clinical development to manufacturing processes and commercialization, the event has invited over 150 guests to join in this grand gathering in South China. As the first stop on the BIOCHINA2024 touring exhibition, this expo will bring together more than 150 high-quality suppliers from across the country, connecting the South China region and focusing on the Greater Bay Area. Centered around the key issues and hot topics in South China’s bioindustry, the event will provide a platform for participants to jointly explore the current status and future trends of the South China bioindustry. Additionally, it will bring together procurement departments from South China’s biocompanies, enabling more efficient and convenient product exchanges.

As a provider of products and technical services, Shanghai Hanyao Instrument & Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hanyao”) has consistently focused on delivering high-quality products and technical services to users in China’s biopharmaceutical, food, and chemical laboratory industries. At this exhibition, Hanyao will bring...  908 Devices Brand products unveiled. S073  Booth—We sincerely invite everyone to visit!

Exhibit Introduction

908 Devices Upstream Process Development Support Tool

908 Devices, a pioneer in microfluidic chips for chemical and biomolecular analysis, acquired Trace, a German specialist in enzyme membrane sensors, in 2022, thereby expanding its product lineup. The new product enables real-time, online monitoring of glucose and lactate concentrations in bioreactors and supports feedback-based feeding adjustments—without any loss of sample volume throughout the entire process.

Online Biochemical Analyzer MAVEN

Optimized, automated, and worry-free glucose and lactate monitoring.

Monitoring and controlling glucose and lactate concentrations during cell culture and fermentation is crucial for achieving optimal process efficiency and productivity, thereby facilitating the seamless implementation of PAT strategies. Real-time insights into the metabolic state of cells are of great importance for optimizing the culture medium and developing feeding and control strategies.

Maverick Raman Spectroscopy PAT System

A plug-and-play multi-parameter PAT tool that enables online monitoring in just a few minutes.

Based on Raman spectroscopy principles and three built-in models, this system can simultaneously and in real time measure three key process parameters—glucose, lactate, and total cell density (TCD)—in a validated full range of CHO and HEK293 cell cultures. It can also connect up to six reactors simultaneously, helping to overcome the high upfront costs associated with traditional Raman-based methods. Compared to conventional Raman PAT instruments, this system offers plug-and-play functionality for real-time monitoring of the three core parameters, along with OPC-UA feedback control. Moreover, it complies with 3Q and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, enabling rapid automation—from process development through pilot-scale amplification production.

REBEL

Instructions for Use and Sample Handling:

What you see is what you get.

The REBEL side does not require an external computer, compressed gas cylinder, waste container, or reagent bottle.

All you need to do is centrifuge or filter the sample (1) to remove cells, then dilute it with REBEL Diluent (2). Next, load the sample into the device (3) and press “Start” (4). All calibration standards and reagents are stored inside the REBEL instrument, and the data will be automatically processed into a report (in CSV or PDF format), which can be exported via USB flash drive (5).
