It can also connect up to six reactors simultaneously, helping to overcome the high upfront costs associated with traditional Raman-based methods. Compared to conventional Raman PAT instruments, this system offers plug-and-play functionality for real-time monitoring of the three core parameters, along with OPC-UA feedback control. Moreover, it complies with 3Q and 21 CFR Part 11 standards, enabling rapid automation—from process development through pilot-scale amplification production.

The Applikon Biobundle is a complete bioreactor system equipped with all the necessary components, ready for “plug-and-play” operation. The system includes fully stocked silicone tubing, sample vials, and spare parts contained in the “starter kit.” It offers tailored configuration solutions for both cell culture and microbial fermentation.
